Synopsis:

Small Steps of Scavengers is a documentary film that tells the life journey of Ibu Yesi, a scavenger who lives in a village called “Kampung Merah Putih”. This film gives us an overview of how Ibu Yesi survives and fulfills the needs of her family and faces the deep social pressure around their neighborhood.

Small Steps of Scavengers film teaches us to better understand the situation faced by scavengers. Through this movie, we can look at the society around us and question what we can do to help those less fortunate around us.

Sinopsis:

Small Steps of Scavengers adalah sebuah film dokumenter yang mengisahkan perjalanan hidup Ibu Yesi, seorang pemulung yang tinggal di sebuah kampung bernama “Kampung Merah Putih”. Film ini memberikan kita gambaran tentang bagaimana Ibu Yesi bertahan dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarganya serta menghadapi tekanan sosial yang mendalam di sekitar lingkungan mereka.

Film Small Steps of Scavengers mengajarkan kita untuk lebih memahami situasi yang dihadapi oleh para pemulung. Melalui film ini, kita dapat melihat kembali masyarakat di sekitar kita dan mempertanyakan apa yang dapat kita lakukan untuk membantu mereka yang kurang beruntung di sekitar kita.
