Inspiring young girls _ A conversation with MISS Rwanda2021 Grace Ingabire

Ingabire Grace was crowned Miss World Rwanda 2021 on Saturday 20th March at the Intare Conference Arena. The colourful event was broadcast live on Rwanda Television, KC2 and on YouTube. 25-year-old Grace is a University graduate with a Major in Dance, a concentration in Globalization, Philosophy and Psychology. The panel of Judges for the evening was made up of Agnes Mukazibera, a former Member of Parliament and Vice President of the Cycling Federation, Evelyne Umurerwa, a media personality with experience of over 20 years in broadcast journalism, James Munyaneza, the Managing Editor of The New Times, Economist Teddy Kaberuka and Pamela Mudakikwa, a Communication Specialist.
After her crowning Ingabire Grace was joined on stage by previous winners Miss Rwanda 2017, Iradukunda Elsa, Miss Rwanda 2018, Iradukunda Liliane, Miss Rwanda 2019, Nimwiza Meghan and Miss Rwanda 2020, Naomie Nishimwe.
Ingabire Grace will represent Rwanda at the month-long festival and highly anticipated 70th Miss World Final in Puerto Rico, where reigning Miss World, Toni-Ann Singh will crown her successor.
