Lauri Strain is the founder of Hope With I.A.N. (Inner Awareness Now), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing mental health challenges. After losing her son Ian to suicide at the age of 21, Lauri stepped away from a 20+ year career as one of San Luis Obispo County’s top real estate agents to honor his legacy through education, advocacy, and community healing. She is certified in suicide prevention and co-leads mental health programs throughout the region, offering hope and support to those affected by mental illness and loss.
