| About me | The world of collecting vintage Rolex watches is an interesting one, where passion and fThe whereabouts of two of the prototypes are known. One was accepted in 1960 at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City as a gift from the artist. It carries a creation date of 1947. So our watch correctly features the UG caliber 138SS “bumper” automatic, which is slightly annoying to hear and feel on your wrist, but if you want the rarity of a Polarouter, this is what you have to deal with!
